goods made from scratch, frozen dough or par-baked products. The precise

Quick
Shine or Quick Shine Enhanced?
Quick Shine is formulated to add a uniform shine and a slight golden
browning to baked goods. Choose Quick Shine Enhanced
– featuring an added browning agent – for a perfect shine
and enhanced deep, golden browning. Both Quick Shine
products meet Kosher standards including Dairy and Pareve.
Apply Before
and/or After Baking
Quick Shine products are shipped ready to use. Simply spray Quick
Shine uniformly on product surface in sweeping motion
just before placing in oven. Add cheese, seeds, grains or seasonings,
if desired and bake as usual. Apply Quick Shine,
as desired, after baking (while products are still hot - 200°F)
to achieve preferred level of shine and browning.
When applied as
directed, Quick Shine products do not significantly
alter the nutritional profile and therefore do not require bakeries
to change the Nutritional Facts panel previously prepared for the finished
baked product. Quick Shine products add no
taste or odor.
Storage
Quick Shine products have a two-year shelf
life and require no special storage or handling. Simply store the product
in a convenient location at room temperature.
